Mi Mundo

Mi Mundo (My World) was a new Bi-lingual play produced for Terra Nova Productions.  The production was an innovative , intercultural, immersive experience produced  by Tom and  Andrea Montgomery.

Based on the true story of a Northern Irish women and her Peruvian husband, the production immersed the audience in the couples fight to keep their small family together as they fought the British immigration system.

The immersive production, with a unique 3d sound scape developed by Gus and its mix of live action, sound, projection and choreography, was built into theatres and unconventional spaces. This enabled the audience to walk through the couples life as it moved from Peru to Belfast, to London and back. 

The final element of Mi Mundo was a bespoke follow-up workshop in which the audience further questioned the play and the immigration system.
